AccoutrementsAccessory item of equipment or dress.
AdonaiA name for the Creator or God.
AllopathicHaving to do with conventional medical treatment (drugs, etc.).
AnalogPerson or thing seen as comparable to another, parallel.
AntitheticalDirectly opposed or contrasted; mutually incompatible.
ApportionTo divide and assign according to a plan.
ArchitraveA main beam resting across the tops of columns, specifically the lower third entablature.

AurielArchangel of the earth.
BucklerSmall round shield held by a handle or worn on the forearm.
CabalisticAccording to Ra, “from mouth to ear.”
CaparisonedOutfitted with an ornamental covering or rich clothing.
CavilMake petty or unnecessary objections.
CharyCautious, wary, shy, ungenerous.
ChirurgeonArchaic for surgeon.
CondignDesired, adequate, helpful.
ContumelyInsolent or insulting language or treatment.
Crux AnsataThe ankh, or “cross with a handle,” Egyptian symbol of life: ☥.
DemesneDomain: territory over which rule or control is exercised.
DensityAccording to Ra, there are seven densities in our octave of experience, and we currently inhabit the third.
DevachanicAccording to Ra, the plane above the astral. It appears to correspond to blue ray.
Ding an sichThing in itself (German).
DistortionIn Ra’s terms, anything that moves away from undistorted unity. This can be either what we would consider “good” (distortion toward love) or “bad” (distortion toward ill health). According to Ra, free will was the first distortion and is the basis of all that we experience. The second and third distortions are love (Logos) and light; all the rest flow from these three.

LeitmotifAn element that is frequently repeated in a work and often serves as a guiding or central element within the work.

LogosThe Creative Principle or Love. According to Ra, the Logos is the second distortion of Intelligent Infinity.
MaldekAccording to Ra, a planet that used to be part of our solar system, apparently where the asteroid belt between Mars and Jupiter is.
MatrixAn environment in which development occurs, a surrounding medium or structure.
MentationsMental activity, thinking.
MilieuSocial and cultural surroundings.
Misprision1) Neglect or wrong performance of official duty; 2) Misunderstanding, misinterpretation.
MoietyOne of two (approximately) equal parts.
MotileCapable of movement.
NexusConnection; a connected group or series.
NimietyExcess, superfluity, plenty.
NonceThe present.
NoumenalThe thing in itself as opposed to the thing as it appears to an observer.
OriflammeInspiring principle, ideal or symbol; banner carried in medieval times.
PlenumSpace filled with matter.
PranaThe life force or vital energy.
ProemPreface or preamble; opening apology.
PropitiousGiving or indicating a good chance of success; favorable.
ProximallySituated nearer to the center [of the body] or the point of attachment.

Space/timeRa’s term for what we experience as our physical reality.

TeleologicalConcerning the purposes a thing or entity serves rather than the postulated causes.
TesseractThe four-dimensional analog of a cube.
ThrenodiesPoems or songs of lamentation.
TimbrelAn ancient percussion instrument similar to a tambourine.
Time/spaceIn Ra’s metaphysics, the environment of the inner planes and unseen worlds; the reciprocal of space/time (our current reality).
TocsinAlarm sounded by bell, a warning signal.
